False Hope and Terminal Illness – an alternative viewpoint
13 January 2026 This post was written in 15 April 2017 and reflects my thinking at that time. Nipples to Kneecaps – to die or not to die with cancer? That was the question. To ninety-nine per cent of the people around us, the answer was obvious: my husband Steve would die — and die very soon. Feel like you are being hammered by others? Have no control of your life?
Let me spark a change within you. Photo by Kenny Luo on Unsplash For people to progress and find their happiness certain processes of thought need to be attained. Considering and learning new viewpoints, different perspectives will enhance our understanding of the machinery of the universe, the cosmic laws and how it relates to our soul's expression on earth and the ability of our consciousness to move and manipulate matter and non-matter. Show Them The Real You
The real you is in there—in all its light and dark glory. But most of the time, that real you is hidden, repressed, or quietly embarrassed. Why? Your upbringing, society, your false beliefs. They are scared of the real you. You are scared of the real you. I am not talking about some leader, some star or some super athlete here. I am talking about the real you—both the light and dark sides of you. Let’s take the blindfolds/sleep shades off and look in our mirrors. Just betwee

Darkness Overwhelming You?
Wax pictures. I used to love making them. Do you remember, as a child, taking a strong piece of paper and covering it completely with coloured wax crayons? I always made stripes of different colours. Then the whole picture would be covered black wax. Messy, but worth it. Because when you then took your completely black picture and scratched a pattern or drawing on it, surprising colours sprang up from beneath, creating a magical image. We are a bit like those wax pictures. I
