As you have expressed an interest in 'Nipples to Kneecaps – to die or not to die with cancer' I wish to share some personal photographs from our family albums and a few extra comments that are not in the book.

This photo of me, Steve and Alexander was taken in 1986 a few months after Steve was given three months to live. Steve was determined to be there for his son even if he was too weak himself to hold up the dish to feed him – so here you can see team work in action!

P.S. I can’t believe I wore that blue jump suit – what was I thinking?
